Sigma Lambda Chapter Recruitment

The Sigma Lambda chapter holds recruitment both semesters of the academic year. Recruitment is open to everyone interested in joining our organization, however, there are several main requirements to be considered eligible for joining Sigma Alpha Iota, Sigma Lambda chapter:

• Those considering joining Sigma Alpha Iota must not be a first semester freshman or transfer student.

• Those considering joining must be enrolled in or have completed at least one academic music class or participated in a music ensemble at Iowa State University.

• Those considering joining must have a GPA of at least 2.50.

• Those considering joining must identify as female.

Ladies who wish to join Sigma Alpha Iota but are ineligible until the spring semester are more than welcome to come to any and all events as well as attending recruitment events during the fall semester.
